1. Performance & Cancellation by us
While we do our best to maintain our inventory, it may sometimes happen that we are unable to perform or fulfil an order eg a particular colour or a style may sell out and become unavailable. Where this happens, if you have already paid, you will be notified and refunded in full as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to refuse orders, not fulfil an order, cancel orders, refuse payment etc at our discretion to avoid fraud, money laundering, undue losses, ensure security of our business and customers or where a certain customer has been abusing our services/goods/processes.

2. Inspection of goods, Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges
Make sure to Inspect goods upon Delivery and notify us within 24 hours of any defects. You can also refuse delivery if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods.
Exchanges may be granted in our discretion and may be refused where costs or distance involved make it unfeasible to do so. We strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase and while we can accept an exchange request, we cannot guarantee that particular styles & colours will be available within the usual timeline for fulfillment. Exchange requests must be logged with us within 2 days of Delivery and the goods must be returned to us as soon as possible thereafter.
All goods must be sent back to us unused, undamaged, with the relevant tags and in the same condition that it was Dispatched to you. Please note that we inspect all items prior to Dispatch to you. Return shipping costs are for the customer’s account. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or grant partial refunds in cases where these rules are not followed and you will be notified.

3. Refunds
We will refund you in full once you have returned the defective item and we have approved the return. You will be refunded within 48 hours. You will receive confirmation emails to notify you of the status of the cancellation & refund.
4. Payment
Ownership of every product remains with GTHOMAS until payment has been received in full, and no goods will be dispatched until payment has been made.
5. Errors
We are an ethical business and do our best to represent our products as realistically as possible by use of descriptions, product images and dimensions/measurements, we strive to minimise the gap between actual product and your perception.
However we are an online business and we rely on images, descriptions, devices and technology etc to convey what a product actually looks like to the human eye, to you the customer, across devices, technology and platforms etc.
It may sometimes happen, that there may be minor variations between product image and the actual product received. When photographed and depending on the camera, make, model and device images are uploaded to, colours may not be accurately represented eg a red bag appears burgundy, or pictures are distorted by greyish or bluish hues etc. Also, our foreign suppliers may effect slight changes to current batch of manufactured product that may differ slightly from images displayed on our site.
If changes are material enough that you feel you would not have concluded a transaction had you known about the inaccuracy, then please refuse delivery or return or exchange the item immediately without damaging it. What does the GTHOMAS Guarantee Cover?
We will repair, at our cost, any manufacturing defect for any item purchased within 2 years of purchase.
Leather is a natural material and it will wear over time. We love the leathers we use because they do break in and look beautiful with age, but all leather products require periodic care.
We recommend you use a high quality, alcohol-free leather cleaner or conditioner to maintain the leather of your GTHOMAS handbag or take your item to a leather specialist.
What are examples of manufacturing defects?
Examples of qualifying manufacturing defects include problems with zippers, stitching or hardware malfunction.
Our manufacturer’s warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, stains or accidents.
We do not cover the following under warranty:
Stains or colour transfer from clothing dye, beverages, or inclement weather. Damage from pets, scratches, soiled spots, or marks from normal use. Discoloration or dampness from storage. Lost or stolen items. Exposure to chemicals or products containing alcohol. Improper care. Please contact us immediately if you are dissatisfied with any one of our products.
You accidentally damage goods after Delivery / General problems after 6 months?
We strive for customer satisfaction and want you to enjoy your purchase. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist with repair of the goods, if possible. We reserve the right to charge for repairs, collection or shipping back to us. You will be notified and if any specialist third party services are required we will first send you a quote, but where the costs are minor we are happy to waive it.
